Job Duties:

• Budgeting Whiz: Help develop yearly operating and capital improvements budgets.
• Supervisor Extraordinaire: Directly supervise all supervisory staff and indirectly supervise all line staff.
• Captain of Operations: Lead all departments, providing direction, training, and maintaining staff morale.
• Marketing Maven: Assist in developing advertising campaigns and position the club as the talk of the town.
• Membership Marvel: Promote and sell club memberships and programs with flair.
• Complaint Connoisseur: Handle member and employee concerns like a pro, fostering a team atmosphere along the way.
• Event Enthusiast: Participate in club events and classes, adding your unique spark to the mix.

Working Conditions:

• Get ready for a whirlwind of excitement with days, evenings, and weekends required, putting in 50-60 hours per week. But hey, it's all part of the fun!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in health club management preferred. Strong managerial and leadership skills are a must.
